The Limited Star shell kit with Mahogany bodies is the fourth variant of Tamas top of the line drum set. The 6mm thin frames with their 6mm Sound Focus Ring deliver a round and full sound that feels extra big with a nice hang in the tone. In short, Star Mahogany is more than just a platform for the drum skin to resonate against. Star Mahogany really adds color to the sound of the drum. Otherwise we find Star Bearing Edge, Oil interior and optimized drum suspension etc. as with the other Star drums.

- Bearing edge - The frame has a 3.5mm counter-chamfer for optimal contact between skin and frame.

- Quick-Lock Puk-Leg Mount - Ingenious puk/leg mounts with quick connection that also serve as a memory lock.

- Bass Drum Spurs - The legs of the bass drums are made of two parts that are held together with rubber bushings.
