The Ibanez George Benson GB10 model has been on the market since 1977 and can in no way be seen as anything other than a classic in the jazz guitar market, a model that has been the benchmark for small size jazz cans since then. The pickups are GB Special mini humbuckers that sit floating mounted in the pickguard and neck to minimize the risk of rounding. It also means that you don't have to make holes in the top, which improves sustain, tone and resonance. The pickups each have their own tone and volume and are connected to a 3-position toggle switch.
