The F-2512E Maple combines two of Guild's most acclaimed specialties: twelve-string and jumbo guitars. With their large curvy bodies, jumbo guitars have been Guild's forte since 1954, and the combination with the ever-present 12-string construction results in a full-bodied and impressive instrument.
With its solid spruce top, maple frets, and arched maple back, the F-2512E has the bright and shimmering character we've come to expect from Guild's twelves. Guild's well-known arched back allows for impressive volume and projection, long sustain and a sumptuous tone.
In terms of electronics, the F-2512E Maple comes with the AP-1, designed by Fishman. The fretboard and bridge are in pau ferro, the bridge and saddle are in bone. The classic tortiose shell pick guard and satin-style polyurethane finish complete this tasteful instrument.
