Analog Mike personally tested and matched all the different components to the King of Tone Overdrive, ensuring a warm yet clear and open sound that allows all the nuances of your signal chain to come through, from your individual guitar strings to the dynamics of your amp's tubes.
The pedal is easy to set up with its three knobs and a Boost/OD/Distortion switch that allows you to change the attitude of the pedal. Boost has a clean but energetic sound, OD dirties and compresses and Distortion adds a bit of both. But your rig will still sound like your rig.
