Marshall AST1C Astoria Classic combo tube amplifier for guitar vintage sound with clean solid tone. Perfect for the pedal enthusiast. Classic! The Power Reduction function reduces the 30 watts to 5 watts so you can maintain the character of an amplifier tuned to maximum even at low volumes while rounding off the tone and not biting in the same way. The Sensitivity control adjusts the negative feedback a changes mao the amount of distortion without changing the impedance in the first part of the preamplifier. Thus, the tone controls retain their character regardless of how the Sensitivity is set.

For greater adjustments to the tone, there is Edge, a control that cuts or gives more bite in the higher registers and is placed at the end of the signal chain.
