100w tube amplifier, 4 channels, reverb, boost, noise gate and effect loop - everything fits in the outer compartment of your gig bag.

Imagine having a high-class and versatile tube amplifier of 100w with 4 channels, reverb, boost, noise gate and effects loop that is so small that it goes into the outer compartment of your gig bag. Surely it sounds like a dream? With BluGuitar AMP1 this is now fully possible! AMP1 is developed by Thomas Blug, a highly respected guitarist with many years of experience in the industry who is seen as much on the world's stages as in the workshop with the soldering iron in top gear.

AMP1 has a completely analog preamp with a so-called Nanotube, a technology developed by Thomas Blug himself. The final stage is a Class D stage and delivers 100 strong watts and does just as well in a 1x12 as in a 4x12. AMP1 has four channels: Clean, Vintage, Classic and Modern where each channel has its own character and gain level. You also have a really nice and transparent boost you can switch on or off directly on the pedal, as well as the built-in reverb. On the side of the AMP1 there is a set of Custom controls where you can set the character and individual volume of the four different amplifier types. There you can also set the amount of boost and decide whether you want the effect loop to be serial or parallel. As if this were not enough, on the side of the AMP1 you also have a control for the built-in noise gate. The AMP1 also has a dedicated Recording Out where you either plug the AMP1 straight into your sound card or connect a pair of headphones.

The AMP1 is a fantastically versatile amplifier that is just as good on stage as it is in the home studio. Since the preamp is completely analog, it responds exactly as a real tube amp should, if you roll off the volume on the guitar, it cracks up nicely and you maintain dynamics and tone.
