A classic from the late 80s that is resurrected in the Genesis Collection series. The entire Genesis Collection series is made in Japan. The body is made of Basswood (Lind), which is a fairly light wood with an even frequency reproduction over the entire register. This makes it a wood that, in terms of sound, is easy to color in many different directions and get many different kinds of sounds out of it.
The even frequency reproduction also makes it very suitable for distorted sounds, it glues the sound together nicely without it being either scattered or indistinct.
