Body:
African Mahogany/AAA flamed maple top. Mahogany is a wood with sound characteristics on the warmer side with a clear and prominent mid-range. Maple, in addition to its stunning appearance, has a prominent, clean and snappy tone. The combination of mahogany and maple gives fantastic sound properties where the different types of wood complement each other and is a classic wood combination.
Neck:
The guitar has an Ibanez Super Wizard HP neck profile, the thinnest and slimmest version of Ibanez necks. HP claims that it is a refined and further developed version of the old Super Wizard Neck. Combined with the flat fingerboard, it's an extremely fast and easy-to-play neck, the ultimate neck for fast, technical riffing and ultra-tricky soloing. But the neck is not limited to only super technical playing, it is of course possible to play everything on it and is the obvious neck choice for those who do not want anything else in the way of their ideas but their own playing technique.
Stable:
Edge-Zero with ZPS3 The swingarm is Ibanez's top-of-the-line bridge with a backstop, a knife-suspended, lockable swingarm that holds the tone incomparably well. The backstop function means that the swing finds its way back to its zero position no matter how brutal you are, it also means that you avoid flutter so that the stable causes the strings to fall in pitch when you play hard. The swing is also equipped with the smart intonation screw, normally it takes a long time to tone a similar bridge but here it is as fast as adjusting a fixed bridge and the fact that the screw is mounted on the bridge so you always have it with you is really well thought out.
