RGD can best be described as a series, guitars built primarily for metal and hard rock. RGD is more looking to the future in, for example, new types of pickups, appearance, etc. Guitars designed for those who want to play heavy music and need tools specially designed for it.
Of course, you can play more than metal on the instruments, you can play everything on them.
RGD is a series of guitars developed with the aim of being the ultimate guitar for those who like to tune down. The slightly beveled body makes the guitar extremely comfortable to play, and the heavily beveled horns give total access to the highest frets. Additional features are a maple fingerboard and lockable mechanics from Gotoh (MG-T locking machineheads).
The guitar has a body of Basswood (linden), lacquered in Polar Lights Flat finish. The pickups from Fishman cut through thick sound mats without being thin or sharp. Chords and riff playing become snappy and respond quickly with great separation and melody/solo playing becomes attacking and clear and it is easy to distinguish all notes even in fast lines (as long as the technique does not limp of course).
